In Puerto Rico, Finding FEMA Aid A Challenge 11 Days After Hurricane Maria

NBC News spent Sunday looking for people getting emergency aid

Aid is supposed to be flowing out of 11 FEMA distribution centers to local authorities around the island. What correspondent Ron Mott found was confusion where local officials couldn’t point him to any of the centers where people could get relief supplies.
