Puerto Rico overwhelmed by problems and politics

Nearly three weeks after Hurricane Maria struck Puerto Rico, 85 percent of the island is still without electricity.

Puerto Rico's governor is asking Washington for an additional $4.6 billion in emergency relief. He says the island is struggling to meet residents' basic needs.
